This quote is my daily credo and exactly what I want to bring to the world. With my soul signature, I've come a big step closer to that, because my work today is a pure work of the heart and I love what I do.
I love new challenges and it motivates me every day to let my creativity and diversity run free. As a result, I started working in various areas at a young age and therefore have a colorful and varied curriculum vitae.

Jahre der Orientierung folgten. Ich erlebte die Angst vor dem echten Sichtbarwerden und trug lange Zeit einen alten, unbewussten Schwur in mir:
„Wenn ich sichtbar bin, werde ich ausgelöscht“
(diesen konnte ich dank intensiver systemischer Bewusstseinsarbeit auflösen).
Ich versuchte, mich in der Welt zurechtzufinden - absolvierte eine Pharmazieausbildung, studierte Journalismus und Medien, machte meinen Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie, schrieb Bücher, kreierte Brand- und Webdesign und absolvierte Ausbildungen, Weiterbildungen und Kurse aller Art. Doch jedes Mal, wenn ich die fremdgesteuerten Spielregeln oder die Unwahrheit eines Systems durchschaute, zog ich irgendwann die Reißleine. Es war kein Scheitern. Es war mein tiefster Selbstschutz, um meine energetische Integrität zu wahren.
Meinen persönlichen Reset erlebte ich 2013. Durch eine tiefgreifende, grenzsprengende Erfahrung riss der Schleier vor meinen Augen auf einen Schlag komplett auf. Ich durchschaute von einer Sekunde auf die andere die Architektur dieses Systems und erinnerte mich blitzartig an meine wahre Natur. Es war der Moment, in dem ich beschloss, nie wieder vor meiner eigenen Kraft auszuweichen. Ich erlebte diese Erfahrung wie eine Löschung eines alten Programms.
In den folgenden Jahren nutzte ich intensivste energetische Arbeit und mein eigenes Heilwissen, um mich Schicht für Schicht von alten karmischen Verträgen, Erwartungshaltungen und narzisstischen sowie systemischen Strukturen zu befreien. Ich erkannte: Meine Gabe, Menschen in ihrer tiefsten Essenz zu lesen, war nie eine Last, sie ist mein schärfstes Werkzeug.
Heute lebe ich in absoluter Eigenermächtigung und würdevollen Souveränität nach meinen eigenen Regeln. Abwechselnd in den Bergen und am weiten Atlantik auf meiner Lieblingsinsel - ich habe aufgehört, das Spiel anderer zu spielen. Ich bin die einzige Instanz in meinem Leben.
When I was a little girl, I was the biggest fan of Karla Kolumna, Benjamin Blümchen's frantic reporter. I admired her for her work as the editor of Neustadt, how she drove from scene to scene on her turquoise scooter and wrote articles for the Neustadter Zeitung. Your hello and bye is still ringing in my ears to this day.
"I want to be something like that too!" I've always made it my goal. And yes, I made my dream come true.
I studied journalism, wrote, laid out and designed for daily newspapers, local editors, online editors, private individuals, event agencies and much more. And don't forget, I'm also an author and published my own book in 2016 - the vegan broth-free cookbook.
Besides writing, my greatest passion has always been art and with it colors and shapes.
What did I celebrate when I got a new set of pens for my birthday.
Or how happy I was when my grandfather gave me the first drawing course at the Oberallgäu adult education center at the age of 13! Yes, I grew up in the beautiful Allgäu in the mountains.
And how beaming with joy I sat in front of our old gray computer box in 1999 and created business cards for the whole family with one of the first Corel Draw versions!
When I think back to these moments, I feel deep joy and my heart opening.
I often asked myself the question: when and above all why did we actually stop living our childhood dreams? And why do we sometimes think that, as grown-ups, we can't put them into practice? That's why I've decided to do one thing - and that's what my son teaches me every day:
"Take YOUR dreams seriously! And go for your dream with all your heart."
And that's exactly what I do:
I go for my dreams and only do what I love and what fulfills me from the bottom of my heart. I currently live with my family in Mexico on the beautiful Caribbean coast of Yucatan, independent of location. I accompany people with my soul branding to their highest potential to carry their mission, their vision and their heart business into the world. And I do it with all my love, all my creativity, all my devotion and all my heart.
